How to add extra set of different configurations in sub domains?

I want to add reverse proxy configuration in sub domains. But I can't see where to include these configuration for sub domains. The problem is every sub domain will have different set of configuration need to be included. I know to include these extra configurations in include files, but these include files will be included in all sub domain virtual host. So wondering if its possible or not.
