How do I change an email address?

Is there a way to change the user name for an email account? We have an employee whose account was set up under his formal first name, but he is known by a nickname. We would like to change his email address from npond to bpond. Thanks!

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding changing an email address. You cannot change an email address, but you can create a new one. Then setup a forwarder to catch any emails that may come into the old address. Thank you, John-Paul
