Thank you for your question regarding making an image link to a new page. When you're editing the page that contains the image, click on the image, and then click the icon that looks like a pencil. This is the edit icon. On the edit popup, find the text that says "Link To", and click "Custom URL" from the drop-down options. Then simply paste in your URL.
