Hi, I need to modify my php.ini file and cannot find it neither in my main directory nor in my any other websites public_html directories.

Like stated in your support section "The php.ini file by default will be located at public_html/php.ini. If you do not see a file named php.ini in your public_html, please contact our Support Department and request that we create one for you."

So I am writing you so you can create a php.ini file.

I need this to make changes to my max_execution_time and memory_limit fields for my theme like their are asking me.

Thank you for your time.

Hello rdizazzo, Thank you for contacting us regarding adding a php.ini file to your site. We are not specifically the Live Support team, this is a public forum. We cannot make unauthorized changes to your account. However, we have a guide covering the basic steps of how to add a php.ini file to your site. The easiest way involves using the PHP switcher in cPanel. You will find this button under "Software & Services" in cPanel. Switching your PHP version between any of those available will automatically generate a fresh php.ini. These steps are covered in the guide. There are also copies of php.ini files you can download or copy/paste. Best, Christopher M.
