Website down WordPress install

When I go to my website, I get prompted with an install WordPress page. Not sure why this is happening since WordPress was already installed and I had already begun to build the site with my theme. I have upgraded to latest version too.

Hello, Sorry about the problem you're having regarding the WordPress installation screen constantly showing in place of your normal WordPress site. The issue is happening because there are no tables in your WordPress database. Your best bet is to restore a backup of the site if you have one.
