I need to increase the max allowed packets for all websites under my resellers account to 32MB. How can I do this or does inmotion need to do it for me?
Thank you for your question regarding increasing "max_allowed_packets for mysql." Unfortunately, this is not possible on Reseller accounts.
You can adjust this setting on VPS, or Dedicated hosting plans.
