Why is my Pro service so slow to just load, and same for accessing FTP?

My site often takes 10-30 seconds to load, and FTP seems to always take that long just to upload a small PHP file.

How would you rate the customer service you received?

I can't tell visitors to my site to use my server's IP address instead of my site's URL. This is not a solution. I suspect the root cause of the problem is you have too many websites being served off of the same server, and performance is suffering. What happened to the 2X performance I was guaranteed?

Hello. Please contact our Live Support with authentication and an up-to-date traceroute for us to further investigate your issue. Meanwhile, I recommend using your server IP address for better FTP connectivity.
