DNS Records not available in WHM Panel

HI
we have vps server . in my WHM panle we are not able to view any DNS records in Edit Dns zone section.
No domains are listed in edit dns zone section in whm panel...
also when i added any addon domain in main domain then also received error in dns ...
i thinks there are some issue in dns server or settings please lookinto this and let me know.
