server DNS address issue appear without changing anything

Hi Sir,

I have one domain - example.com which has been an issue related to ' server DNS address could not be found.' for several months. I didn't change anything over a year and this issue just appeared several months ago.
I check the nameserver, it was right (remain no change as before) but I can even access the sub-domain (codexbrain.com).

I would like to know where the problem comes from.

Hello Adam, Thank you for your question about the non-resolution of your domain. I have redacted the domain information from this question before publishing it, but it looks like the whois database recognizes that domain with a status of "Client hold", thus it is not resolving.
