Subcategories in Prestashop disappeared

I realized that 2 subcategories have mysteriously disappeared but the related products still exist under "products". The only thing that i did before was install a new module, but i don't know if the new module conflicts with prestashop. it is "Store Reviews + Product Reviews + Google Rich Snippets". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your question about the non-appearance of those subcategories. It is possible that the module affect the categories if that was the only significant change in the site. You can try disabling the module as a test. It is unlikely that the subcategories disappeared randomly. There must have been a cause. Disabling the module is a good start, but more information would be needed.
