Koparent Joomla extension is not working properly

Hi, I have a big problem, I use Koparent joomla extension for my booking portal and nobody is able to save any changes made in the adverts or upload new adverts, there are no any other problems with the component only this and it is a huge problem for us since it is the core of what we do.
Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Joomla KoParent extension. You will want to enable error reporting to see what kind of error is being thrown by the application. From there we may be able to advise.
