Hi, I am a totally new customer. I am trying to use Wordpress in order to set up my webpage but the loading time is extremely slow. For example it takes more than 10 seconds to move from a certain menu to another or from clicking on a button to the website response. Could you tell me why this happen? Is there any problem with the server? Take into account that generally I have a highspeed connection and the other pages I try work properly.

Sorry for the issue with your website loading slowly. In order for us to troubleshoot anything, we would at the very least need a website URL so that we can take a look at it. I would advise using a website performance measurement site like Gtmetrix or Google's Pagespeed. Either tool will help pinpoint the issues with your website's performance.

Hello, First of all you have to attach best internet connection with your system if it take again then contact to your hosting provider. It can be a hosting issue.
Note: Deactivate unnecessary plugins it can also effect speed.

Thanks for your comment. The internet connection speed and plugins are only two factors that can slow down a site. It's not necessarily the hosting server. It can also be multiple factors within the website itself. Using tools like Gtmetrix and Pagespeed (as I mentioned above), you can see many other things that can slow down a site. For example, not using caching, no optimization of code, or not using a CDN (content delivery network) for large static media content.
A website's performance can be affected by many factors.
