InMotion broke our WP database and can't fix it - no admin access
On Tuesday, the InMotion Rep I was on the phone with was assisting with an issue where we couldn't run a full cpanel backup. He said it was a known issue with the paper lantern theme. He switched the theme and ran a backup. Simultaneously, we were ejected from the WordPress admin dashboard and when we logged back into the website we no longer had administrative rights. We have spent 2 days trying to get your reps to fix what they broke. Their last email ticket said the following before pushing us to you to fix their problem:
We received a ticket that you were having an issue with your admin dashboard of your WordPress site. I am sorry you are having this problem, but I am happy to help! I have run several tests, and your WordPress installation is indeed functioning. It appears that this issue lies not in the functionality of the dashboard, but rather the coding of the database for your website. The roles for the administrator have been removed, which prevents your user from being able to make changes to the website. It is possible that the developer of the website removed this code from the database on purpose.
Obviously I DID NOT REMOVE ANYTHING MUCH LESS ON PURPOSE and I don't believe that your customer rep, the only person anywhere near the database at the time this happened did this on purpose. However I do want it fixed.
Please let me know when this has been resolved. Thank you!

We do apologize for the problems with your WordPress database. First, it is false that we changed the database to remove the Administrator role. This was done before we accessed the site. I reviewed the account notes and spoke with the techs involved. They were never able to access using the admin role. I am working to have it restored, but it will require a little bit of time and research. I will post again when I have finished reviewing and hopefully resolving the issue.
We appreciate your patience as we try to resolve the issue. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
Kindest Regards,
Arnel C.
