No reverse DNS (PTR) entries.

Hi,

I have bought a reseller account with you. I am checking DNS settings of my reseller domain at intodns.com and it shows error -
Reverse MX A records (PTR) ERROR: No reverse DNS (PTR) entries. The problem MX records are:
235.246.247.173.in-addr.arpa -> no reverse (PTR) detected
You should contact your ISP and ask him to add a PTR record for your ips

I checked more about this in Google and many websites talk about how emails can bounce back if the domain has missing PTR record. When I checked with the support rep they said it is how the reseller accounts are setup.

I don't mind having on my reseller domain but all my client domains should not face this issue because email delivery is of prime importance to them/us.

Please provide more details about this and if this something that can be fixed.
