Where to create PTR records for our domain

Hello! I believe I need to add a PTR record for our domain name as well as for our onsite server that also sends mail out for certain purposes (library sending out e-notices). I checked the "Advanced Zone Editor" in our Domains option in our cPanel, but do not see PTR as an option in the drop-down box. Is this something that I need to directly ask support to do? Thanks!
