marknixon.com nameservers pointing to you but can't edit DNS records
Hi Guys -
My name is charlie from photofolio. Mark Nixon has his domain nameservers with you for his domain: marknixon.com
There isn't anywhere in the admin to edit the A record for his domain to point to our new ip address. He says you've told him that you guys don't host his nameservers but when I ping the domain's nameservers they show up as yours:

Thank you for your question about pointing A records for a domain. Currently, you must have a hosting account to manage DNS for the domain. If he has a domain only account (without a hosting package) we cannot set up an A record. If he has hosting, then the A record would be set within the cPanel for the domain.
