Menu links still pointing to temp url

Hi, I made a site in the temporary area(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/account/home and then moved it to an actual domain.com
the menu along the top still points to for example (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/account/contact_us.

Any idea how I update all of this?
