Hi. Do you have any suggestions regarding how I can add a contact form, below the header, where my visitor can sign up to receive a content in their email? There is a professional page I am trying to emulate, and I have an example form with just the thing I'm looking for.

For an alternative outside of your server, you can use MailChimp. It is a third party system that provides forms you can embed in your site and an interface to design an email campaign.
