Shopping cart button doesn't work on mobile devices

I haven't been receiving any sales via my website, and come to find out the shopping cart button isn't working on mobile devices. All other links, products, etc. work, but nothing happens when you touch the shopping cart. Any ideas on how to get this working? I am using PrestaShop 1.6.

I advise checking for PHP errors while attempting to initiate the sale from the mobile device.
