Unable to install a module on server

Hello,

I am contacting you because I have a problem with the installation of a module. The developer says that it is a server problem caused by not being able to make calls to the outside. The site is gardenbedettishop.com.

Hello Agostino, Apologies for the issues with the module that you're trying to install. You will need to specify the module that you're trying to install. If the issue is due to communication being blocked by a server security module, then you will need to first try turning off some mod sec rules directly in cPanel. However, if this doesn't help, then you will need to submit a verified support ticket to see if they can unblock or provide an exception for the module you're using.
