Sub-domain throws server dns address not found error

I had registered a sub-domain (e.g aaa.bbb.bbb.edu) and it have been more than 24 hours but it still shows me server DNS address not found error.

Hello, Sorry for the problem with the subdomain DNS. In order to correct this issue, you will need to contact our live technical support team via email/phone/chat.
