Breezingforms - two of three forms fail to go to thank you page after submit button. Can you help ?

Hello, Sorry for the issue with your Breezing Forms. We need more information. Where are running them? Is this a plugin installation? Can you provide the steps you've taken to configure these forms? We need to see where the issue is happening. Can you please provide access to your site? If these forms were developed by a third party, have you looked at the support that they offer?
