TLD not supported for .co.uk domain name

Hi I spoke to one of your advisors yesterday with regards to using my registered domain name but when I try to take the recommended package it tells me the TLD is not supported, is this the case or can I continue the process and point my site to this domain name.

Hello, Thank you for your question about TLD. You can host the domain here without issues. However, we do not offer co.uk domains for purchase. This also means you cannot transfer the management rights of the domain to your account here. But you can host the domain without issue. Is the domain a primary domain on your account? Have you set up the domain in cPanel? That would be your first step. If it's not your primary domain you can add the domain as an add-on domain. You'll have to make sure you log into where you purchased the domain name and set the nameservers accordingly. Gratefully, Tim S
