WordPress Image Upload HTTP Error

I am not able to upload the images even for 45Kb.. I tried to use the command: SetEnv MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1. but its not working.. How can i solve this issue.. Thank You.

Hello, Thank you for your question about your image upload error in WordPress. Did you add the 'SetEnv' line to the .htaccess file? If so, did you add it to .htaccess file for the domain that is having this issue? Have you tried other steps to try and resolve this issue? Gratefully, Casey B.
