WAN IP address blocked?
I called into support last week and I was told that my public ip address was not being blocked by you guys and to check with my firewall and isp. I did a tracert and I was able to go beyond my isp, but along the way it stopped. After changing my wan ip to another available ip, I was able to get back to my websites that are hosted by Inmotion. Here are the results of my 2 tracert that I preformed. The date is listed above each on.

This appears to be the hop that is giving me the issue.

I would assume that I was getting blocked by them, but I have no idea why. I've called and they said that I have to talk to my hosting company. I even tried changing my wan ip address back to my original one a few days later and the original ip is still blocked. Any rhyme or reason for this?

Thank you for your question about your connectivity to main.jeffcityschools.org. This certainly sounds like something that we can look into further, but also keep in mind that the Level 3 router where the IP that won't connect is dying is outside of our network. I recommend contacting our Support team via email / ticket and letting them know what the 'good' IP is, and the 'bad' IP as well as the traceroute for the 'bad' IP. Also, I recommend that you ask that our Systems Administration team look into possibly resolving this issue.
