I cannot import a theme's demo content

I was trying to import a demo content of a wordpress theme but it always failed. So I have emailed the theme owner and he told me that I have to do the followings:

max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M

I tried to look for the php.ini in my cpanel but couldn't find it to change the details above.
Can inmotion hosting help me to increase the things above? Please help!

Hello, Thank you for your question on setting your php.ini settings. The php.ini file should exist in your root folder(public_html). If not, our Support team can certainly add one for you. You can cause one to be added as well by changing your PHP version to another version and then back. The change itself causes a default php.ini file to be added to the account. Once you have the file, these settings will be in the file and you can set them to whatever you need. Kindest Regards, Scott M
