No Email Sent with New Order

I placed an order for your wordpress service last night, the order processed and I was taken to a "thank you" page. There it said an email should be sent and a phone call would be placed welcoming me to the service. I haven't received either and wanted to know if everything is okay.

Hello, Sorry to hear you have not received a confirmations call or welcome mail. Our confirmations team attempts to reach out within 30 minutes after an order is placed. If they are unable to do so, or cannot reach you they send an email out. Please check your spam filters as well because they sometimes catch the confirmations emails. If you still do not see one, there may be an issue with the information provided during the order process. You will want to contact the Live Billing team so they can verify the information and get it out to you. Kindest Regards, Scott M
