Change AMP ownership to new company

I am planning to closed down the company(For example xxx Inc), and all websites and accounts needed to transfer to new company,( For example, YYY INC.) All keep the same, but just company legal name, tax ID and bank account change. This company will take over everything, all customers on file keep the same. Please let me know what are the steps.
