My Website is having SSL verification issues

On or about March 5, 2017, we purchased a SSL certificate through InMotion issued by Comodo for our site, www.orthopedicbracesonline.com. The SSl certificate was install but the page does not load properly and also the page that says "Your connection is not private".

We check our site at Whynopadlock,and it show the following:
SSL verification issue (Possibly mis-matched URL or bad intermediate cert.). Details:
ERROR: cannot verify www.orthopedicbracesonline.com's certificate, issued by '/C=GB/ST=Greater Manchester/L=Salford/O=COMODO CA Limited/CN=COMODO RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA': Unable to locally verify the issuer's authority.

I contacted support and we have been unable to figure out what is wrong and why the website is not loading properly. I need assistance with this, since I dont know what to do.

Hello, Thank you for submitting a question about SSL verification issues. I took a long look at the issue and couldn't find a definitive solution. The best thing to do is to have the certificate re-installed as one of the error messages says: "Possibly mis-matched URL or bad intermediate cert."
