(1045) Error:Access denied for user 'root'@'mysql.tierra.net'

Dear All,
I have created username and password for database and uploaded the files on the server. config file i updated all the details. but am getting this error. i do not know how to solve this.. please anybody help me plss..

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding a 1045 access denied error. Since it seems like you are connecting to the database remotely, ensure you have added your IP address to the firewall. Thank you, John-Paul
