WordPress Contact form very slow

Im using Contact Form 7. It takes 5 to 8 seconds to submit the form, tried on a fresh install with no theme and no plug-ins but no luck.

I also tried with Postman plug-in, but no luck either. Im wondering if its because im using Google as my e-mail server. I think maybe worth the try with inmotion hosting email server but I dont want to mess things up and end up with a broken e-mail. What steps you recommend I should follow? E-Mail is arriving successfully, but receiving or sending anything from the page takes too long.

Also, I noticed that the site takes very long to load (around 7 seconds), even with no theme or plug-ins at all. Should I also check domain configuration or something?
