How do i white-list Ip address?  my developer is getting an error of my site banning  their access based on my browser signature

Hello timothyonserio,

Thank you for contacting us about Whitelisting an IP address. It depends what they are accessing and where they are seeing this message. If they are connecting remotely to a database, you can add their IP to the firewall for access. If they are connecting via SSH, you can add their IP address to the firewall via WHM.
