Hi, my website is down and I cannot even access Cpanel

I cannot get to my cpanel either through the https search or through my AMP panel. Have been sending emails to the Support Center back and forth for 3 days now. Clicking on cPanel in AMP gets me an empty window/times out

Hello, Thank you for your question about your website being down. I am able to load your site without issue. If you're not able to access cPanel your IP may have been blocked in the server's firewall. To fix that you will need to contact our Support team, and they can check on this for you.
