If downgrade from VPS to Business Shared hosting how will difference will get refunded ?

Hello, Thank you for your question on how refunds are processed for a downgrade. If you used a credit card, then they will simply refund the difference to the card. If you paid via PayPal, you may need to contact the Live Billing team so they can make appropriate arrangements with you. Kindest Regards, Scott M
