Prestashop csv import not loading dropbox image

Hi,
I have all my images in dropbox and I have shared image URL in csv import file but the images are not getting loaded .
Please help me out

Hello, Sorry for the issues with your PrestaShop CSV import not loading the dropbox image. I think that you're saying that the image URLs are being imported, but the images are not loading. I did a bit looking around for this topic and found this post on the PrestaShop community support forum. They state that you can't import from Dropbox. As this is part of the functionality of the PrestaShop code, you would need to contact PrestaShop to resolve that problem. Otherwise, you would need move all the image files to an online server that can be used to house the images for the import. I hope that helps to answer your question!
