How to Charge Users for Post

I need forms to have customer filled out but they have to pay donation amount or price to have it posted on the blog. So how do I create it for customer that they pay for the past and have it loaded to the post automatic or pending for approval by me before its published.

Hello, Thank you for your question about providing a payment gateway for posting. I suggest setting up "Contributor" user roles in WordPress. This will allow your customers to submit posts, but they cannot be published without your approval. Then you can bill the customers with a secure gateway like PayPal.
