I can't claim my Google Adwords Coupon, when I register it, it show to me "Your billing address doesn't match the country or region that's specified in the offer details."

I am from costa rica. How I can claim my coupon?

Thank you for your question regarding issues claiming your Google Adwords Coupon. Unfortunately, you must have a US address to redeem this Adwords coupon. We provide the coupon, but this is due to Google's Adword rules.
