Can't Order a Domain Name

Yesterday, I ordered a domain name. I filled up all the required fields. Click on the review my order then clicked on checkout. But nothing happened it just keep loading for hours then I tried to place an order again but the same result. I waited until this morning but there is no verification or email from in motion hosting. So I'm wondering what happened or what are the things needed to be done.

Good morning, Thanks for your question about issues ordering a domain name. It sounds like the order process never completed and the domain name was not ordered. Unfortunately, without knowing the domain name we can't look into it further for you. If you would like to reply back with the domain name we can check to see if the domain name was registered.
