What happened to phone support for dedicated servers? It used to be very fast, now it's taking 30+ minutes to get an answer, not happy with this change
Sorry the frustration with the support times on the phone. It's possible that there has been a high volume causing the delay. You do have the option of selecting the Chat option for support if you're not getting adequate response times via the phone.
