Thanks for the questions about deploying your WordPress.com site.One of the main differences between a WordPress.com and a WordPress.org (stand-alone installation) is the required domain name. A WordPress.com site is generally a subdomain of WordPress.com. You can use our guide on migrating from WordPress.com to get you going on the process. You would then have to migrate your followers, unless it's a brand new site and you don't have any yet. Once you have finished the migration and you have a valid domain name assigned to the site then your site would be deployed for the public to see.
