Need to change primary domain to secondary

I need help changing my primary domain. You just moved a website over from a previous web host for me, but it got moved into the primary domain spot and it needs to be secondary. How would I do this? I want to make sure that all related website files from secondary domain get moved also. Website for primary domain will be created this summer, but domain has been purchased and registered to my Inmotion account.
