Assistance during migration from old host to inmotion

I'm planning to migrate from my current host (pair Networks) to inmotion.
I'm not a tech guy. Will there be any live/direct assistance during the migration from my old provider over to inmotion? They for example don't use cPanel, they have their own control panel. Also, I use gmail to read/send emails (forwarded from my domain). Does that complicate things?
I want to make sure everything goes smooth!
