PTR Error Sending Receiving

I am not able to send email between two domains on my hosting account. One domain is ONLY a website, has it's DNS managed externally (GoDaddy) and uses Office 365 for email.

The other domain is entirely hosted by InMotion (web and email and DNS - not registrar). I believe the problem is because rpmit.com is "internal" to InMotion, but really isn't because DNS and Email are hosted at GoDaddy.

Question is - How do we fix it??

Hello, Sorry for the problem with sending email between two domains in your hosting account. If you are getting a PTR error you will need to contact our live technical support team. Make sure that you provide the account verification information when you contact them. They can correct the PTR error or other issues to fix the mail problem that you're seeing.
