PTR Record configuration error on Office 365 and local domains

Hi, I have several domains configured, one of them in a Office365 account. Working perfect. The problem is when I try to send an email from Office365 webmail to a local domain, I get an error. (Some strings are in Spanish, asi it is my native language) Detalles del error Error detectado: 550 5.7.363 Remote server returned sender verification failed -> 550 Verification failed for ;No Such User Here;Sender verify failed DSN generado por: MWHPR0101MB3136.prod.exchangelabs.com Servidor remoto: vps25204.inmotionhosting.com And it suggest to configure or correct PTR record on my domain, but I don't where or how to do it. They can access your account, replicate the issue, offer advice, and configure the records you need. We advise sending a "Verified" ticket and include the name you would like to assign to the record.
