Create Additional FTP Accounts?

My account is only allowing me to have one FTP account. How do I create additional accounts? Thank you!

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues creating additional FTP accounts. If you are not able to create new FTP accounts in cPanel, you will need to contact Live Support as they may need to make an adjustment on your account plan. Kindest Regards, Scott M
