Send mail is too slow
The "send mail" functionality at my Wordpress site is too slow.
I'm using Contact Form 7 and WP-Mail-SMTP plugins to send e-mails by secure219.inmotionhosting.com SMTP host using 465 port.
As you can check in URL bellow, after submit the form, the response message takes about 20 seconds to confirm.

Is there any thing I can do to speed up this process?
