Ninja Forms - formatting the email response

New to WP & Ninja Forms. The application submission via email is flowing perfectly. However, the email submission is awkward to read. I'd like the responses to be below the question instead of directly across from the question. Is there a way to format this? Example:
Awkward Layout -
Age 21
Desired Layout -
Age
21

Hello, If you are using Ninjaforms as loaded from the BoldGrid plugin, or if you got the most basic of the Ninja Form plugins, then you will need to purchase the add-on for Ninja Forms in order to format the layout or style - the add-on is called Layout & Styles. If you go to the plugin, you should see an option (under Forms in the menu) for Add-ons. You can also go directly to their website here. I hope that helps to answer your question!
