I can't activate my account and I didn't get the activation email

after I purchase a hosting I didn't receive the activation email, I talked with the support section and the said we sent the email for sure but I didn't receive the email!!
can anyone explain to me what is the problem ??

Hello, Sorry for the issue with your activation email. You will need to contact our sales team or the technical support team in order to have an activation email sent to the correct address. Make sure that the email didn't get filtered into a junk/spam folder or did not get automatically deleted. Also make sure that your correct email address is being used for the notification.
