iPhone 6: I can send mail, but cannot receive mail

I have tried using the manual approach as well as retried with the profile tool, and both ways produce the same result. I can compose an email and it gets delivered, but I cannot receive emails. The sender keeps getting a message about it not being able to be delivered. "Action: failed ... Status: 5.0.0". Then I got another that says "550 High probability of spam".

Any suggestions?

Hello, Sorry for the problems with receiving email on your iPhone. I have an iPhone 6 that is updated to the latest iOS version, but I do not have this problem. We would need more information from you in order to properly assess the issue. Can you please describe how you have added the email account to your iPhone? Are you able to receive email normally through webmail for that account? Did you create an email account through your InMotion Hosting account and then attempt to set it up using the options on your iPhone? I have an article for setting up email on an iPhone 6.
