creating database with php

I have a vps hosting. I need to create multiple databases through code using PHP and MySQL. Currently I am getting the error : Access denied for user 'username_test'@'localhost' to database 'username_testDB'

Hello, Sorry for the problem with the creating the database through code. You can do this, but you must assign a user to the database that you create. You can go into the cPanel and create the database via the MySQL database option. If you need the code, we can't really provide that for you, but you can find many tutorials online, such as this one.
